From a drunken Myrtle Beach golf trip.

The Grand Raynor (pronounced with a drunken French accent )
one , no two shots of vodka
one part cranberry juice
one part orange juice
one part 7up
a splash of Grand Marnier


I like to start my exercising off slow and taper from there.
