As much as I like rum...I actually prefer eggnog with brandy (Christian Brothers) and lots of nutmeg on top.
There's another good substitute without all those empty calories (calories with no alcohol content that is). Pour equal parts of Bailey's Irish Cream and Butterscotch Schnapps into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into your favorite holiday glass. The name of this drink isn't too bad either...Slippery Nipple  |
