Here are some pretty good sites for some common knots used with boating. (other knots are shown as well)
Some of the basic boating knots are: bowline, cleat hitch, square knot, clove hitch, figure 8, round turn & 2 half hitches, sheet bend and double sheet bend, anchor/fishermen's bend, rolling hitch.
